Club Program

The mission of Club Esports at Syracuse University is to provide a space for gamers and hobbyists alike to come together and find their gaming home-away-from-home. With opportunities to come together to collaborate on community events, fundraise for charitable causes and participate in friendly competitions, the club fosters a vibrant and inclusive environment for students. By hosting regular workshops, tournaments and social gatherings, Club Esports helps students build connections, enhance their gaming skills and contribute to a thriving campus gaming culture.

The esports facilities of Syracuse University are cutting-edge venues designed specifically for competitive and casual-community gaming. These state-of-the-art spaces feature high-performance gaming rigs, advanced streaming equipment and ergonomic designs to support players during intense matches and practice sessions. With features like high-speed internet, comfortable spectator seating and dedicated practice areas, the Syracuse University esports facilities provide an optimal environment for casual, amateur and professional gamers. These hubs not only host thrilling tournaments and live streams, but also foster community and development within the rapidly growing world of competitive gaming.

Get your game on in the Barnes Center at The Arch designated esports gaming room. The original esports space on campus is located in the Barnes Center at The Arch. Free for valid Syracuse University or SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) student I.D. holders and Barnes Center membership holders 18 years of age or older.

  • All necessary equipment is provided and personal gear is welcome.
  • First Come, First Served; Three Hour Limit
    • 36 Omen Obelisk Personal Computer (PC) Gaming Stations (2080 Founders Edition Video Cards, Ultra-Fast Refresh Rate Monitors, Blazing Fast Direct Network Connections)
    • Consoles: Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo
  • Analog Game Library and Gaming Tables
  • SIM Racing Stations
  • Virtual Reality Unit

The new 5,800 square foot state-of-the-art Gaming & Esports Center located in the Schine Student Center. Free for valid Syracuse University or SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) student I.D. holders.

    • SIM Racing Stations

    • Classic Arcade Area
    • A 10-PC stage that can accommodate team play
